Sales Associate & Development SpecialistJohn is licensed in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island and specializes in development and investment property purchase and management. A true entrepreneur, he bought his first property over 30 years ago and has continued to build his portfolio while gaining unmatched firsthand expertise on the entire process. Not only has John owned, invested in and sold property in downtown Boston, he has also owned and invested in Newport, Rhode Island, for the last two decades. As John will tell you, all real estate is local, and knowing the market inside and out is essential.
John’s vast industry achievements span development projects of all types and sizes. Proficient in developing land on the coastal areas of Rhode Island, he oversaw and managed the permit process, design, and construction of a 130-foot pier and dock in Newport Harbor. He and Tracy have also taken on various renovation and preservation projects, earning the 2015 Rhody Award for Historic Preservation for their work on Newport’s James L. Hazard House. Energetic and ready to take on any challenge, John stays active in his community and is a member and past commodore of the Constitution Yacht Club. He also enjoys sailing, boating and spending time with family.
